What makes OnSite Video Production, Inc. better than other video production companies?
- Upfront prices, no hidden fees. - Pay once for the video, not monthly or yearly. Be aware that some video production companies may appear to offer lowers fees by charging a monthly or yearly rate but often times, you end up paying double or triple.- Professional lighting equipment – Other economical video production companies do not offer lighting equipment and the end result doesn’t look professional.
- We work with all business sizes – Some video productions companies won’t take jobs under $10,000 and prefer to work with larger companies instead of small businesses. We have four video production packages that start at $999. Packages can be viewed under our pricing tab. In addition, we offer custom green screen videos produced in our studio starting at $3500. Please contact us to discuss the details of your project to obtain a quote. Our information is under our contact tab.
Please click on the Pricing tab above. Then, choose a package that fits your needs and click on the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the page.
In order for us to offer low rates, all transactions must be completed on-line. If you have questions prior to placing your order, please contact us.
A member of our team will contact you via e-mail. Please make sure to use an e-mail you check often. If you haven’t heard from us in 48 hours, double check your spam folder. Clients placing orders on the weekend will be contacted in 48 hours starting Monday.
What’s included in the initial e-mail? It will include:
1. The video production process. This can also be viewed under the Overview tab above. 2. The e-mail will offer you some available times to film your video. You will need to respond to our e-mail in order to schedule your film time. Make sure to check the availability of everyone that you want to include in your video (owners, customer for testimonials, employees, etc.) before scheduling your shoot date and time. If possible, choose a shoot time when your business is open but not during your peak operating hours. For your convenience, we offer shoot schedules Monday – Saturday. If you have any questions about the process, please contact us.What happens next? We will send an e-mail confirming your shoot time and date along with video release forms. Anybody who is participating in the video, including the owner, will have to complete and sign the video release form. These forms are required by all video productions companies. The forms will need to be completed, signed, and faxed or e-mailed back to our office before the videographer can start filming.
First, relax and consider what your goals are for your video. Then, think about the message you want your video to say to your customers. From that point, use that information to develop a loose script for your interview. Prepare your employees or customers by explaining their role in the video. You may want to clean up your desk or office space, kitchen, store, or anywhere we will be shooting.
Tip: You may want to have friends and family “act” as customers if you are uncomfortable asking customers to participate. Demonstrating your business working with a customer and having scenes with happy customers enables your video to have the strongest positive impact on your business. The videographer will spend 10-15 minutes with you going over your goals for the shoot. You will have the opportunity to show the videographer any areas of your business that you want to focus on or eliminate from the shoot. First, the Videographer will shoot scenes with the owner, customers, and employees. Second, the Videographer will shoot scenes of your business in action.
No, the filmmaker will only shoot at one location as stated in our package details. If you have a project that involves more than one location, please contact our office to discuss your specific needs.
You can have an employee, friend, or hired talent to act as the business owner or manager. Sometimes business owners want to have a spokesperson, family member, or employee to represent their business on camera. You are allowed to have anybody you like speak on your behalf or act as a representative for your company. Just make sure to have the release forms completed for everyone that is going to appear in your video prior to the shoot. If you are the only one that can speak on your company’s behalf, we would be happy to interview you off camera and record only your voice. Our post production team would then use your interview as a “voice over” that would be heard while video of your business is playing. Your video would be similar to a narrated movie.
Yes, we can. The best thing you can do is be prepared and ready to go. Do not schedule any other event during the shoot time. Defer phone calls, vendors, and deliveries to another time. Make sure your business is clean prior to the shoot as there won’t be time to tidy up while the shoot is in progress. Please make sure your employees, customers, or talent is aware of the time restrictions and have them available and ready to go. Many times our videographers have an appointment that immediately follows yours. Therefore, they cannot extend the scheduled time and will make sure your appointment is completed on time.
Yes, we encourage you to send photos highlighting your business including before and after shots, happy customers, product inventory, or any other picture showcasing your business in a positive light. Please send your photos or logos to your customer service representative or salesperson. Photos must be 864×486, 72 dpi. Logos should be in a .psd (Adobe Photoshop) file format for easy integration. Please contact us with questions about which file formats are acceptable.
Unfortunately, we cannot for most packages. For green screen work, depending on the file format and quality, we may be able to integrate your footage into your video. Please contact us before placing your order with specific file types and qualities. We will verify whether or not we can use the footage in your video
We can schedule your video shoot as soon as 5 days after you place your order. Once we film your business, our post production team goes to work to create a quality video that tells your business story in a visually pleasing way. For the basic and deluxe packages, your video will take about 7 business days. For the premium and platinum packages, your videos will take about 12 business days. When the videos are complete we will e-mail you a link to preview your video.

However, we have made it painless and simple to download your video onto your computer so you can save it to a DVD at no extra charge. We will forward detailed instructions on how and where to download your final video.
Once you have approved the final version of your video (or 5 days have passed without requesting changes be made), you will be notified via e-mail with download instructions.
